EditorPluginSetForceDrawOverForwardingEnabled Method

Enables calling of ForwardCanvasForceDrawOverViewport(Control) for the 2D editor and ForwardSpatialForceDrawOverViewport(Control) for the 3D editor when their viewports are updated. You need to call this method only once and it will work permanently for this plugin.
